About Jessica

I know the importance of maintaining your body.  I know how massage can improve not only your physical well being, but also maintain a healthy state of mind.  I know first hand.  I was involved in a bad car accident in 2006, which ended my career as a firefighter.  During the course of physical rehabilitation, I realized how great massage is! 

 

After moving here to Colorado in 2007, I have since graduated from Massage school with an Associate's Degree in Therapy, obtained many continuing education certificates to further my knowledge in certain aspects of bodywork and have gained a passion to ensure better health for my clients.  I enjoy working solely with the body to maintain and heal the body.  I know how tiring and exhausting it can be to depend on the medications to help, you eventually reach that dead end and need something more, something different.  The nice thing about massage is simply that.  You work in stages to regain that optimal bodily performance.

 

Massage increases blood flow, increases fluid circulation (which you may hear me refer to as Lymph) and all this in turn causes an increase of oxygen supply to all the tissues of the body.  Resulting in quicker healing from injuries, prolonged muscle energy and performance and an increased state of well being.
